What youโ€™ll do:

  • Coordinate daily commercial and administrative tasks.
  • Arrange travel raise and approve purchase orders and manage travel-related administration.
  • Prepare meeting materials Excel spreadsheets and create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support and coordinate events and meetings.
  • Monitor projects and business topics ensuring progress is tracked.
  • Assist with reporting and controlling processes by maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for local associates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
