Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Department team as a Graduate Project Co-Ordinator.

Department Overview:

The department manages IT digital projects and leads system improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing planning, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

What is a Project Co-ordinator advanced apprenticeship?

You will work with colleagues across the business (locally and globally) to support IT topics, while developing your skills and learning how a global, market-leading company implements change to improve its capabilities.

This role involves working with people; building your network is key to success. You\'ll become a visible, valuable member of the business and work to develop a strong reputation with colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of multiple IT projects and key developments for various IT applications
    • Communicate with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements
    • Log requests into the IT portfolio application for tracking
    • Liaise with technical developers worldwide to implement solutions
    • Ensure robust testing by department key users
    • Manage project implementation through its lifecycle
  • Create and maintain project documentation including open points lists, risk registers, and communication plans
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset by generating new ideas and engaging with colleagues to promote self-branding

You will receive comprehensive training, both one-to-one and self-paced online, to develop your capabilities. Additionally, you will get coaching and mentoring to enhance key competencies.

Qualifications

Right To Work: Ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the 2-year fixed-term contract.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • A sociable, outgoing personality that people enjoy interacting with

  • A degree in Business Management, IT, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an analytical mind to interpret complex concepts

Additional Information

Deadline for Applications: 10th August – applications may close early; submit promptly.

Expected Start Date: 1st September 2025

This date is flexible within reason.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Working Hours: 39 hours/week; Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
