Job Description



  • Take ownership of technical purchasing projects, working closely with team members to ensure successful outcomes

  • Generate and monitor requests for quotations.

  • Engage in technical discussions with suppliers, preparing and conducting meetings while ensuring effective follow-up with the support of your colleagues.

  • Assist in coordinating sampling processes with suppliers and technical departments, ensuring accurate maintenance of our IQS central systems

  • Prepare sourcing decisions within a global procurement landscape

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations


Qualifications



  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain

  • Has the ability to build effective and strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, customers and suppliers

  • Is proactive, tenacious, results driven

  • Excellent communication skills, high level of self-motivation and commitment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Computer literate, with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages especially excel
