  • Take ownership of the Packaging Strategy, Packaging Style Guide, and Packaging Process.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Packaging is Legal and Retail compliant and steer the Regional activities.
  • Support with Packaging Expertise and Guidance to implement functional and sustainable packaging, considering user needs.
  • Develop external relations for the regional brand and company based on PT brand strategies and BU Marketing concepts, ensuring KPI optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the Packaging Strategy in collaboration with product management, global portfolio, and other BUs.
  • Manage the Packaging Style Guide, ensuring branding consistency and managing changes within timeline and budget.
  • Set up the Packaging Process, ensuring process alignment and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor legal and retail packaging requirements across Regions (material bans, sustainability scoring, waste declarations, Amazon guidelines, etc.). Steer implementation for compliance, supporting Product Teams in integrating requirements into product development.
  • Provide guidance on packaging concepts, engineering, materials, print, In-box POS, etc.
  • Own regional PR and contribute to PT PR.
  • Manage external relations to enhance brand reach via online/offline events targeting partners, stakeholders, and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience of 5+ years.
  • German language skills are desirable.
