The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
This graduate position is a rotational position allowing the successful candidate to be involved with Foreign Trade Governance, Export Control and Operational aspects of Foreign Trade.
You will have a significant role in the Foreign Trade Governance team:
- Conduct quarterly FT Internal controls (GS / OSD4 EMEA21 entities and legal entities outside of GS / OSD4 EMEA21 scope).
- Risk analysis and support with Monitoring of Risk reported on the Risk to Value tool.
- Support with Audits / Verifications.
You will also support the Export Control team:
- Support with Export Control audits with coverage of all entities in the UK; be part of the Export control assessments and obligations programme and design best practice guidelines.
- Be part of the team involved in process design and implementation for conducting U.S.-nexus check across all entities and setting up monitoring controls.
You will be actively supporting the Foreign Trade Operations team in areas such as:
- Carrying out procedural mapping and documentation.
- Carrying out Invoice Verification with our brokers and driving process improvements.
- Supporting the Internal Control process ensuring compliance.
- Support the team development of utilising various tools e.g. PowerBI to bring greater transparency to our processes and results - making sure the MSS data is up to date and provide our internal customers with the relevant KPIs in a user-friendly format.
- Preparation of Trader Support Service data for shipments to Ireland utilising automation tools.
- Assistance in preparation for and attendance at audits (internal external broker).
- Develop and maintain an internal Bosch Intranet page to provide up-to-date information to the UK Businesses.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree;
- An ability to manage deadlines;
- Good attention to detail;
- Good communication and administration skills;
- IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information:
This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.
Location: You will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your graduate position and for the full duration of your position.
