As part of a multi-divisional shared service HR team, support the wider team with day to day operational activities, including:
- Working closely with our HRS Services team in Budapest, raising tickets/requests and ensuring on time delivery
- Managing the absence management process, ensuring the process is communicated appropriately to our leadership team, systems are up to date and relevant information is stored on e-file
- Supporting with the annual trainee recruitment process, including tracker management and admin responsibilities
- Ensuring business relevant content on our Bosch intranet is up to date and relevant
- Submitting relevant monthly submissions to our Global Services Payroll team
- Supporting with letter generation for various HR topics on behalf of the team
- Running various reports using the SAP system and completing some data analysis
- Getting involved with several ongoing improvement projects amongst the team
You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. ideally HR focused degree, however Business Management and Psychology also relevant.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
Before attending an interview for this position you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer and we strongly suggest you check you are eligible for a placement before you apply. If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your course tutor.
