As a Business Process Specialist in our Mobility division, you are responsible for order, price, logistics complaint management, and supply chain design within the O2C (Order-to-Cash) chain - both at the business and system levels (SAP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on supply chain designs, relocations, and launches, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and smooth O2C implementation.
  • Lead feasibility analysis and implement technical or commercial process changes (e.g. EDI, labelling, customs, entity transitions etc.) in alignment with sales teams, plants, internal experts, customers and contracts.
  • Manage customer accounts as the primary contact for supply chain and order management, handling purchase orders and EDI, maintaining pricing and overseeing logistics claims.
  • Act as a central liaison for supply chain topics impacting Bosch’s production and processes.
  • Champion a cross-divisional customer approach, overseeing setups, ongoing topics, and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging automation and sharing best practices within Bosch’s Centres of Competence.
  • Apply deep SAP expertise to support account management, resolve queries, and enable system changes.
  • Develop a strong internal and external network to swiftly resolve complex challenges.

  • You have experience working within complex logistics structures, understanding the challenges of multi-layered supply chains, cross-border transactions, and diverse compliance requirements.
  • Ideally, you are already a competent user of SAP R/3 and/or S4/Hana SD module.
