Core Responsibilities
- Turnover and Profit responsibility for defined sales territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
- Strong price and T&C realisation within the defined corridors and framework, steered by Regional Sales Manager
- Optimisation of profit & sales in terms of customer structure & product mix
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
- Identification/acquisition of new dealers and development of existing customer portfolio within defined sales territory
- Communicate and implement cross-Business Unit marketing activities across defined sales territory
Key Tasks
- Supports a defined sales territory turnover and profit with direct budget responsibility
- Optimises infrastructure within the defined sales territory (e.g. Logistics, IT, finance) as well as marketing/sales process (e.g. pricing, promotion, listing)
- Develops customer base within assigned sales area ensuring distribution penetration and listings growth
- Training and knowledge-enhancement of store staff within direct dealers including B2B portal support and implementation
- Planning of Defined Sales Territory turnover and where applicable volume forecasting in alignment with logistics
- Manages defined sales territory financials (credits, open receivables, projected sales allowances/cost concessions) and escalates for support where required
- Coordinates with Regional Sales Manager with regards to cross-Business Unit activities
- Keeps stakeholders (BUs, SCMs, AMZ, AC Sales Lead, other RSMs/ASMs) informed internally on defined sales territory activities and feedback on market and from customers
