As a Millwright Apprentice at BOS Innovations, you will support the build and assembly of custom automation systems used in advanced manufacturing environments. Working alongside experienced Machine Builders and trades professionals, you will gain hands-on experience assembling, installing, and troubleshooting automated machinery and robotic cells. This role is ideal for someone early in their millwright career who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop their skills in a fast-paced automation environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and integration of automated machinery and robotic systems based on engineering drawings and build packages
- Support installation, alignment, and setup of mechanical components, tooling, and equipment
- Help organize materials, components, and tools required for machine builds
- Assist with basic fabrication tasks using shop equipment (e.g., drills, saws, grinders) under supervision
- Support testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems during build and commissioning
- Work with senior team members to identify and resolve build issues
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with BOS standards
- Participate in team meetings, including whiteboard and project discussions
- Support offsite installations and commissioning activities as required

Requirements
- Registered or working toward registration as a Millwright Apprentice (433A or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics (asset)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills in automation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for installations when required
