Realizar visitas para novas prospecção de cliente;
Elaborar, emitir e negociar propostas de vendas;
Atender e esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes;
Acompanhar indicadores de vendas;
Identificar tendências e necessidades dos clientes;
Resolver prontamente as reclamações dos clientes e garantir a máxima satisfação;
Realizar atividades voltadas a negociação, demonstração;
Efetuar negociação com produtores, prestando suporte técnico;
Desenvolver área demonstrativas, contribuindo com o planejamento e acompanhamento de cultura de grãos, dias de campo e ensaios de competição de variedades;
Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade associadas ao cargo.
Responsabilidades Gerais:
- Seguir as normas e políticas de segurança do trabalho e de informações da empresa (Uso de EPI´s);
- Cumprir a legislação, normas e procedimentos vigentes e regimento interno;
- Propor melhorias em processos;
- Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado;
- Utilizar de forma racional os recursos financeiros disponibilizados pela empresa.
Requisitos:
Formação Superior em Agronomia.
Necessária experiência na área comercial (Vendas).
