About Us

At Borthwick Group, we help make homes more energy-efficient and compliant. Our team works hard to deliver top-quality surveys and installations for landlords and homeowners across the UK. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team as a Route Planner / Administrator.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes β€” planning surveyor routes, sorting documents, confirming appointments, and helping our customers with any questions that come through the mainline. You will work closely with our surveyors, installers, and landlords to make sure every job is booked in properly and all the right paperwork is in place.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Planning and updating daily routes for surveyors based on appointments booked in the system
  • Collecting landlord documents and utility bills when needed
  • Confirming appointments for both survey and installation visits
  • Checking land registry info and keeping property details up to date
  • Answering the mainline phone and helping customers in a friendly, professional way
  • Keeping records, notes, and files organised and accurate
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin and coordination tasks

What We Are Looking For

  • Someone organised, reliable, and great at multitasking
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to customers
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and different systems (we will provide training)
  • Good attention to detail and happy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service is a bonus, but not essential β€” the right attitude counts most

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and bonus structure (depending on experience)
  • Supportive and friendly team
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Two week Christmas break
  • Gym facilities on site

Sound like a good fit? We would love to hear from you. Send your CV and a short note telling us a bit about yourself.
