Borr Drilling Ltd. is seeking an Assistant HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract (6–9 months) in Aberdeen/Dubai.
You will support the Corporate HR Hub by delivering HR services, managing contracts, payroll controls, and driving process improvements across regions.
The role requires experience in employee relations, administration, and compliance, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and familiarity with HRIS (Workday a plus).
On-site work with international exposure is expected.
