About the role: We are currently seeking two dedicated Specialist Damp & Mould Surveyors to join our dynamic and growing Housing Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving living conditions for our residents by tackling one of the most pressing issues in social housing. The successful candidates will bring expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service, contributing directly to our commitment to safe, healthy, and well-maintained homes. This is a key role focused on improving the condition and safety of our housing stock while delivering a high-quality, resident-focused service.
As a Specialist Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving damp, mould, and associated maintenance issues across our housing portfolio. You will play a critical part in supporting our Repairs Partnering Team, ensuring that contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver repairs to the highest standards meeting all compliance, specification, scheduling, and budgetary requirements.
