We are looking for 1 Social Care Officer who has and wants to further develop their skills with case work under the Care Act like promoting independence and Direct Payments, carrying out assessment of needs, reviews and working with customers and carers in the community and building good links with community agencies in the neighbourhood team within Adult Social Care. We are looking for Social Care Officers who have good assessment and care planning skills and are passionate about delivering results.
