An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Early Years Education and Childcare team for an Early Notification Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating SEND applications, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate pathway of support, and enabling timely and effective intervention. Working closely with a multi-agency panel, you will respond to queries and requests for support from education, health, and early support colleagues.
