In this varied role, you will:
- Monitor CCTV and help keep the community safe by following the CCTV Code of Practice.
- Support frontline teams, including the Metropolitan Police.
- Carry out data checks across multiple systems and maintain high-quality reports.
- Handle Out-of-Hours calls, including raising urgent housing repairs and processing social services referrals.
- Play a key part in ensuring the council’s services run smoothly during the most critical hours.
Shift Pattern
You’ll be part of our Late/Night Shift team: Shifts operate between 16:00 and 06:00 (7.2 hours per shift + 48-minute meal break). You’ll work three weekends out of four, as well as Bank Holidays on rotation. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of working in a fast-paced, out-of-hours environment. You’ll be joining a dedicated team that values teamwork and public service. Training will be provided to assist with your development.
