£35,035 - £38,757 per annum

12 months Fixed Term

The post holder will work collaboratively with members of the Social Care Reforms teams, the Pilot teams, Early Help Hub, Children Centres network, Children’s Health Team, Family Hubs delivery team as well as other stakeholders.

The post holder will be required to work frequent evenings and weekends including occasional public holidays, in order to meet the needs of all service users and stakeholders. Hybrid working is available.
