We are looking for an experienced passionate early years practitioner with qualified teachers status and leadership skills to join our established early years advisory team.

• To provide support on Learning and development in accordance with the EYFS Statutory Framework
• To develop personalised and specific improvement strategies and support their implementation with a balance of challenge pace tact and sensitivity
• Support the delivery of the Quality improvement and childcare sufficiency strategy
• Take forward effective partnerships with schools settings and family practitioners.
• To promote and contribute to inclusive practice
• To promote strong safeguarding practice
