Description Early Help SEND Practitioner (PO1) x2 Fixed-term contract for 12 months Starting salary of: £39,855 – £42,324 per year The closing date for applications is 01/06/2025. About the role We are recruiting two experienced Practitioners for our newly created Early Help SEND team. You will be caseholding as Lead Practitioner, writing qualitative assessments and family plans that provide targeted, family-led interventions. Your work will focus on building resilience in parents/carers and improving outcomes for children with disabilities or additional needs.
