We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our newly restructured Strategic Housing Delivery & Partnerships team—a service at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-impact housing solutions and forging dynamic partnerships across the borough.
As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of diverse, high-quality homes that meet the needs of our communities. You will work collaboratively with a wide range of partners—including registered providers, developers, community groups, and internal stakeholders—to drive forward our ambitious housing agenda. Leading the development and management of our land‑led partnership projects and commercial ventures with our diverse range of partners (government, GLA, registered providers, developers, landowners and community groups) you are well connected, commercially minded, politically attuned and able to deliver viable high‑impact housing outcomes and real social value for Lewisham’s residents; influencing strategic direction and championing collaboration and innovation in a fast‑paced, financial constrained and evolving housing delivery environment.
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
