Join us as a Housing Officer where you will manage a varied caseload, resolve tenancy and ASB issues, and build strong relationships with residents and partners. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management services, ensuring homes and communities are safe, well-managed and supported.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive and well organised, able to confidently manage a busy and varied caseload. You’ll be skilled in resolving tenancy and ASB issues, building strong relationships with residents, and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. You’ll also take pride in keeping accurate records, tracking case progress, and working collaboratively with partners to help create safe, well-managed communities.
The job is primarily based in various parts of Lewisham borough but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to attend occasional meetings outside normal working hours
- The job is subject to a DBS check
- There are 2 fixed term positions available: 1x 12-month maternity cover, 1x 13-month contract
