Do you have experience managing technology products, defining product roadmaps and delivering continuous improvement? This advert is for 2 positions:

  • Product Manager – Housing Need & Refugee Services and Housing Communities: As Product Manager for Housing Needs, Refugee Services and Housing Communities, you will lead a portfolio of products that support the delivery of critical housing and community services. You will work closely with service teams, suppliers and stakeholders to develop product strategies, prioritise investment and ensure technology enables better outcomes for residents, staff and partners. You will be responsible for managing the improvement of the Resident Portal and modules within the council's Housing Management System.
  • Product Manager – Customer Services and Register Office: As Product Manager for Customer Services and the Register Office, you will lead the development and improvement of products that support residents during some of life's most important moments. Working closely with service teams, delivery partners and technical specialists, you will shape product roadmaps and ensure services are accessible, efficient and centred around customer needs. You will be responsible for the service's customised Power Apps for these services and the linked technologies that rely on these such as the Virtual Contact Centre.

The job is primarily based in Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
