As Data Integration Lead, you will drive the data strategy for the Elevate 100 programme, ensuring data is used to inform service design, delivery and system-wide change. You will lead data sharing and integration across partners, including piloting cross-system working between the Council, NHS and DWP. Working closely with delivery teams and evaluators, you will generate insight, support performance reporting, and embed data-led improvement. You’ll also explore the use of new technologies, including AI, to enhance reporting and decision‑making.

The job is primarily based at Elevate 100 in Downham Health and Leisure Centre, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
