Do you have experience in Compliance and Data Management? We are looking for an experienced monitoring Officer to join our Team.
Lewisham Works is seeking a Compliance and Data Officer to help develop, implement, and manage the audit, compliance, and risk strategies for the DWP funded Connect To Work Programme. You will implement and ensure compliance with a quality assurance framework that includes managing systems and processes that comply with IPS/SEQF frameworks and DWP/CLF requirements. You will work closely with the delivery staff to ensure the programme complies with the SEQF/IPS standards which will be key in supporting our residents to move into decent work.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new programme, and to really make a difference for disadvantaged Londoners. Ideally a compliance and data orientated person with recent experience, the successful candidate will support our delivery staff to monitor and improve the quality of service and prepare staff to undertake both internal self-assessments and externally assessed fidelity reviews. You will ideally have an understanding of the supported employment fidelity frameworks and the standards by which they are assessed.
The role will require the post holder to lead by example, helping staff to translate guidance into effective practice at operational level with a focus on quality and good performance. This will involve carrying out field mentoring/case reviews, quality assurance fidelity reviews, facilitating workshops and learning networks whilst monitoring and reporting on project performance and outcomes. The role will also require the line management responsibility of 2 triage officers.
We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail, experience of monitoring projects with a proactive and organised approach to process design and compliance monitoring.

Location: Whilst Lewisham offers a hybrid approach across both office and home locations, this role will be predominantly office based at Catford Town Hall alongside a number of community based locations within the borough.

Salary: £44,235 - £45,852 per annum (P01). N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
