We would like to see experience of proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and of using database systems along with good analytical skills in the area of information management and use of data. To complete requests for reconciliation of data ensuring they are completed promptly and accurately as required. To provide a warm welcome for visitors to the centre, dealing with all enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. To support Adult Learning’s Business Resources team with evenings involving managing reception and front counter face to face, enrolling new and existing learners at the counter and over the phone, collecting course fees as well as setting up and maintaining office administrative working processes. This role is Part-time - 16 hours per week (term-time only) Monday – Thursday 4pm – 8pm (evenings).

The successful candidate must be confident in their own abilities to deal with immediate problems along with great interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with data and analysis of information as well as discretion when dealing with confidential information is key. Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of organised administrative work or in a customer services role using and updating administrative systems and processes.
Working primarily at our Granville Park Centre, 100 Granville Park, London SE13 7DU. There will also be requirements to work from other centres to complete training or cover leave.

Salary £32,442 - £33,384 per annum, pro rata (Scale 4) Term Time only. N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
