To support the Business Resources team with day to day operations involving enrolling new and existing learners as well as setting up and maintaining office administrative working processes.

What we’re looking for: Someone who is committed to learning and changing people’s lives through education. The successful candidate must be confident in their own abilities to deal with immediate problems along with great interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with data and analysis of information as well as discretion when dealing with confidential information is key. Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of organised administrative work or in a customer services role using and updating administrative systems and processes. We would like to see experience of proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and of using database systems along with good analytical skills in the area of information management and use of data.

Location: Working between our main centres of Brockley Rise, Granville Park and Grove Park. There will also be requirements to work and complete training remotely.

Special conditions: Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Must be a Lewisham Borough resident, Lewisham apprenticeships are ring fenced for Lewisham borough residents only. Must be 16 and over. Must answer the application questions, use the person specification section on the application form.
