Are you experienced in building partnerships across public services and the voluntary sector, and able to line-manage and support a team to deliver great outcomes? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As Employment Project Coordinator (PO3) for the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, you’ll coordinate delivery of a targeted employability programme for young people. You will line manage three Employment Specialists and lead contract and performance management of commissioned delivery partners. You’ll oversee monitoring, reporting and quality assurance using Hanlon, and drive continuous improvement to achieve strong outcomes for priority cohorts.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong programme management skills and the ability to keep delivery on track across multiple partners and priorities.
- Confidence in holding commissioned providers to account through clear performance frameworks, constructive challenge and support.
- Highly organised, comfortable using systems and data (including Hanlon) to produce accurate reporting and actionable insight.
- Great relationship skills and the ability to build effective referral and delivery pathways across services.
- An inclusive, youth-centred practitioner who can adapt delivery for young people with different needs and circumstances.
Location: The job is primarily based in Old Town Hall, Catford, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary: £49,155 - £51,228 per annum (PO3)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
