Drive improvement where it matters most. This role leads on continuous improvement, training and the development of systems, using data, insight and innovation to strengthen performance and deliver better outcomes for residents across the repairs service.
This role leads the continuous improvement agenda across the repairs service, taking ownership of training, processes and system development to drive better performance and outcomes. You will ensure the workforce is equipped with the right skills, tools and guidance to deliver a consistent, high-quality service. Working across teams and with contractors, you will identify opportunities to improve how the service operates, streamline processes and enhance systems to support more efficient and effective delivery.
A key part of the role is using performance data and customer insight to shape improvement activity, ensuring that learning is embedded and translated into practical change. You will champion a culture of development and accountability, where teams are supported to improve and innovate. Above all, you will keep the customer at the heart of change—ensuring that every improvement, training programme and system enhancement leads to a better experience for residents.

We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking professional with strong experience in technology, system development and service improvement within a repairs or operational environment. You will be confident developing lean, efficient processes that improve performance and deliver better value for the organisation and residents. An experienced trainer, you will be able to design and deliver effective learning across a multi-disciplinary workforce, building capability at all levels.
You will work collaboratively with service leaders to embed continuous improvement, using data, insight and innovation to drive change. Strong attention to detail is essential, ensuring quality assurance processes and checks are robust, consistent and deliver high standards. Above all, you will bring a strong customer and business focus, ensuring improvements are meaningful, measurable and centred on better outcomes.
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
