As a Jobs and Skills Officer, you will be part of Elevate 100, Lewisham’s employment and wellbeing service for 16–30 year‑olds. In this role, you will support the smooth delivery of the service by managing data, maintaining accurate records, coordinating project activities, and assisting with events and partnership meetings. You will work closely with colleagues, partners and young residents to ensure Elevate 100 provides high‑quality, timely and impactful support.

You’ll be an organised, proactive team player with strong administrative skills. You will be confident using ICT systems, maintaining databases and producing clear written communication such as agendas, minutes and correspondence. You’ll enjoy working with a range of colleagues, partners and young residents, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. You will have experience managing information securely, supporting projects and coordinating meetings or events. Strong time‑management, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Above all, you bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a commitment to supporting young people into employment, education and training.

The job is primarily based in Downham Health and Leisure Centre, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Occasional work outside normal hours will be required.
