As an Assistant Youth Support Worker, you’ll help deliver engaging programmes that empower young people, promote participation, and widen their horizons. You’ll assist in creating safe, inclusive spaces, provide guidance and support, and encourage respect and tolerance. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll contribute to planning and delivering activities that inspire creativity and social responsibility. The job is primarily based across youth centres, adventure playgrounds and other community settings. Weekend working is required for this job. The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
