We are looking for a motivated and committed Application Analyst to join our team in supporting and developing our Oracle Cloud ERP platform, which underpins key financial services across the organisation. This is an important role where you will work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and responsive to the needs of the business. You will bring experience of supporting Oracle ERP, with knowledge of some or all of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Purchasing, Budgetary Control, third‑party integrations, and BI Publisher reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Managing user access and security roles, ensuring appropriate access across the system.
  • Investigating and resolving Oracle ERP incidents raised via the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for users.
  • Working with third‑party support partners to diagnose and resolve complex issues where required.
  • Supporting system enhancements and changes by working with our Application Specialist, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
  • Collaborating with business teams and suppliers to plan and deliver quarterly Oracle updates.
  • Supporting interfaces and reporting requirements, ensuring the integrity and availability of financial data.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP systems in a functional or technical capacity.
  • A sound understanding of financial systems and transactional processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including finance teams, ICT colleagues and external suppliers.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.

You’ll also gain exposure to broader systems, with opportunities to support Oracle HCM activities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
