We're looking for skilled and compassionate Social Workers to join our Family Help Team as Lead Practitioners.

This is an exciting opportunity to work differently, focusing on relationship-based practice, earlier intervention and coordinated support for children and families.

About the Role:

You will:


β€’ Build trusting relationships with children, young people and families
β€’ Undertake assessments and coordinate Family Help interventions
β€’ Develop and review family-led plans
β€’ Lead multi-agency meetings and contribute to effective partnership working
β€’ Identify strengths, respond to needs and manage risk appropriately
β€’ Work creatively to improve outcomes and reduce escalation of need

About You

You will:


β€’ Be a qualified and registered Social Worker
β€’ Have experience working with children and families
β€’ Demonstrate excellent assessment and relationship-building skills
β€’ Value strengths-based and restorative practice
β€’ Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
