We are currently looking at recruiting a Social Worker into a position available in our Mental Health Service. The Adult Social Care Mental Health Service is part of a unique alliance, namely the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) which is responsible for providing Mental Health services through a model of integrated delivery with key alliance partners including South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Certitude, Thames Reach and South London ICB. This is a real opportunity to be part of a service alliance that works closely together to deliver coordinated mental health services.
About the Role:
As a Social Worker you will deliver a quality, responsive, safe, and person-centred service to support and promote the well-being of Lambeth residents. Safeguarding Adults is also one of our key focus areas and we expect all Lambeth staff to be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable people. The role requires that you have good organisational and communication skills and are familiar with current legislation and policies. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or as the service requires at 35hrs per week. We are seeking experienced Social Workers who are committed to working in Mental Health and towards achieving Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification. We will support you with professional development opportunities so that you can build the experience you need for the career path you want.
