A vacancy has become available within the Temporary Accommodation Team in Housing Demand. This opportunity is available as a secondment or a 12-month fixed-term contract at Grade 6, with a starting salary of £39,276.
The role offers a blended working arrangement, combining home working, attendance at the office one day per week, and regular visits to residents.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strong negotiation and investigative abilities
- A good level of numeracy
- The ability to travel and undertake resident visits
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
