About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Brokerage Finance Manager to lead our Brokerage Finance and Business Intelligence function. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Contract Management, you will lead a high-performing team delivering a critical service supporting commissioning teams, suppliers, and health partners. You will ensure accurate financial management, high-quality data insight, and continuous improvement across brokerage/payments processes across Children’s and Adults social care and Public Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Brokerage Finance & Business Intelligence team
- Develop strategic direction for the service
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Oversee financial data accuracy and compliance
- Lead process mapping, improvement and redesign
- Drive continuous improvement and staff development
- Act as the escalation point for service issues
- Lead system development and improvements
- Work with Procurement and Finance to ensure governance is adhered to
- Provide reporting, insights, and respond to enquiries
