The Post We are seeking a Placement Relationship Officer to join our Community and Prevention Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to shape and enhance relationships with existing community based providers in Brent and drive improvements across the sector. You will play a key role in:
- Supporting the commissioning of services within the community to further ensure that all commissioned provision is meeting required contract standards and outcomes.
- Undertake contract monitoring with designated providers, identifying quality concerns and working with providers to develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans, supported by the Supplier Relationship Manager.
- Understanding supply and demand in the market and helping to grow and shape services accordingly.
The Person You should have an in-depth understanding of adult social care and be passionate about improving the quality and sustainability of services in Brent. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in commissioning care services, preferably within adult social care.
- A proven track record in stakeholder engagement, particularly with community based providers.
- Strong skills in quality assurance.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
- Communicating and influencing skills.
