The Post
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing Infrastructure Planning Team, in a borough that has an ambitious programme for regeneration and growth that is inclusive and delivers real benefits for its businesses, residents and communities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to ensure regeneration and growth in the borough is delivered in line with Brent’s Local Plan and Borough Plan priorities through the planning and provision of infrastructure.
At principal level you will supervise career grade officers and lead collection and processing of CIL income and s106 financial and non-financial contributions. You will proactively provide advice to colleagues and applicants on s106 obligations, CIL, infrastructure, planning applications and pre-application enquiries. You will establish and improve effective S106 and CIL processes, reconcile s106 and CIL accounts.
