About the candidate:

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Purchase ledger experience.
  • Understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
  • Experience of using accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a finance department including:
    • Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts
    • Posting of purchase invoices
    • Running payment runs
    • Matching of invoices to purchase orders
    • Month end reporting
