About the role
To assist in the delivery of a high quality cleansing service throughout the borough in accordance with the Council's policies and service specification. The Operative will work either individually or as a member of a team and be responsible for the use of service vehicles or any ancillary equipment associated with the provision of the street cleansing service.
About you
- A sound understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- Ability to carry out all duties in accordance with safety procedures, ensuring personal safety, and safety of others.
- Ability to influence remote workers to make changes to work practice to achieve positive outcomes.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely both verbally and in writing.
