Barnet Council is seeking a Team Manager for the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Team to lead high-quality practice for vulnerable children and families. You will oversee CP investigations, conferences and family-led planning, driving child-centred, strengths-based work with partners to keep children safe and supported.
You will inspire a team, embed Barnet’s values, and ensure timely, analytical assessments grounded in children’s lived experience while promoting continuous improvement and staff.
