Starting salary between £24,414 and £28,152 per annum. Based at King's Court Council Offices, King's Lynn.

We are looking for a confident, numerate and customer-focused individual to join our busy Revenues Team. If you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this could be for you. You will be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, development and high-quality service.

This is a busy and varied role where you will predominantly deal with council tax, but may also have to deal with business rates, housing benefit and council tax support, from processing changes and issuing bills to recovering unpaid debts. You will deal with customer enquiries, keep records up to date, issue correspondence, and ensure legislation and procedures are followed.

You will have 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9/C or above) including Maths and English, along with experience using computer based systems. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines are essential, as is working effectively as part of a team.

Appointment is subject to a satisfactory basic DBS check.
