We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high quality, customer-focused HR service across the Council. As a trusted adviser, you will provide expert guidance on employment legislation, complex employee relations, organisational change and strategic people initiatives. You will also manage and support our HR team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, collaborative, and solution-focused service.
