Job Description

Car Park Attendant (Civil Enforcement)

Starting salary between £25,221 and £27,153 per annum

37 hours per week, on a shift rota to include weekends, bank holiday and evenings.

Based in Hunstanton, Norfolk

Could you help keep Hunstanton's parking facilities running smoothly while providing a helpful and professional service to residents and visitors? We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our Parking Operations team.

Working outdoors, you will patrol car parks and on-street parking areas, offer advice and guidance to the public, and enforce parking restrictions fairly and courteously. You will also help with traffic management and local events when required, making this a varied role where no two days are quite the same. A full UK driving licence is essential, together with the ability to undertake a physically active role.

You will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, with a calm, customer-focused approach and good communication skills. The shift rota includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility and dependability are important.

In return, we will provide full training and a uniform, along with the opportunity to gain an NVQ Level 2 in Civil Enforcement Operations and Conflict Resolution. Please note: this position is subject to BS7858 security screening and an enhanced DBS check.
