Office Based in Stockport

About the role:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the head office.
  • Act as the central administrative support function.
  • Provide a front of house service at our Head Office, meeting and greeting guests and staff attending training.
  • Answer general telephone enquiries to head office and ensure messages are delegated to the relevant person to respond.
  • Manage the Borough Care enquiries email box, responding to and distributing queries as appropriate and acknowledging complaints.
  • Provide general secretarial support to the executive team including calendar management, organising meetings, booking venues, ordering lunches, sending out invites, taking minutes and follow up.
  • Co-ordinate events, travel and trips.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with various campaigns and events.
  • Maintain the company policy register and publish approved new and updated policies.
  • Update Service User Guides and Statement of Purpose.
  • General office management including ensuring the office facilities and meeting rooms are well presented, that provisions and consumables are readily available.
  • Update company systems with new starters and leavers to ensure appropriate access and reset passwords when required.
  • Acknowledge subject access requests and support data collection and correspondence.
  • Collect data including survey data and producing reports.
  • Collect and distribute mail.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced personal assistant or administrator with a positive can do attitude. You will have excellent communication and IT skills with the ability to prioritise and organise your work effectively. You will also have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
