About the role: This role is responsible for managing the Business Managers and reports to the Operations Director. The Area Manager will drive performance in all homes ensuring that each Home exceeds its KPIs, manages budgets, people, and best practice.

About you: We are looking for a strong leader with a can do approach. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and developing people to succeed. You will have operational experience and a proven track record in managing the delivery of high-quality care within a residential elderly care home setting. Knowledge of dementia care, a strong understanding of CQC standards and a driving licence are also essential.
