About the role
As Activities & Lifestyle Facilitator, you will be dedicated to support our residents to live their best possible lives and live their life in colour. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering a programme of group activities and events for the home.
  • Developing individual activity and engagement plans for residents, personalised to their individual interests and needs.
  • Supporting residents to take part in activities.
  • Building relationships with our residents' loved ones and sharing feedback and ideas.

We understand that many Activities & Lifestyle Facilitators prefer part time contracts. Let us know the hours you want to work and we will do our best to accommodate.

About you
If you are enthusiastic and creative with previous experience of dementia care, this is the ideal role for you. You will be a good communicator, who enjoys delivering group activities and you will be passionate about providing individualised care. When you care every day makes a difference.
