As Care Home Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Care Home including people, budget and compliance. The effective day to day running of the home to deliver high standards of personalised care.
- Leading a team and promoting wellbeing, team-work, individual development and growth.
- Ensuring that CQC and all other regulatory requirements are met.
- Raising the profile of the home within the local community and supporting sales.
- Building close relationships with residents and their loved ones.
We are looking for a caring manager who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support. You will have proven experience of dementia care and managing in a residential care home setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team to deliver the best person-centred care.
We have 12 residential care homes across Stockport and Staffordshire and continue to grow. From those who live at Borough Care homes and their families, to our care home staff and our head office team, we are all united in our aspiration to live life in colour. As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest any surplus money into the services we offer, to serve the best interests of our residents and their families.
