Are you an experienced Pharmacy Assistant ready to take the next step in your community pharmacy career? We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly team as a Pharmacy Assistant working on the Pharmacy Counter and in the Dispensary. Previous experience of community Pharmacy is essential. Holding an NVQ2 in Dispensing is preferred but not essential. We provide company funded training - certification in regulated training. We are recruiting for a 30 hour per week contract, covering Monday to Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting dispensary operations under pharmacist supervision
- Assisting with prescription preparation and stock management
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Servicing customers on our counter
- Assist customers with OTC medicine
- Engage with customers, promoting our service i.e. blood pressures
- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
