I’m working directly with a principal contractor specialising in fire remediation and façade safety works who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth and a recent internal restructure. The business is delivering multiple live remediation schemes across London and the South East, with current projects in Barking, London Bridge, Cambridge and Lewisham ranging from £2.5m–£10m. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a growing commercial team where they need someone capable of bringing strong commercial process, structure and leadership into the business.

The Role

  • Commercial management across 2 live fire remediation projects
  • Managing procurement, subcontract accounts, valuations, CVRs, variations and final accounts
  • Working closely with operational teams across live occupied projects
  • Supporting and mentoring 4 trainee surveyors within the commercial team
  • Helping strengthen commercial processes and reporting across the business
  • Mix of office, site and home working (1 day WFH)
