I am working with one of the most respected contractors in the Super-Prime Residential and Heritage sector - a business known for delivering some of the UK’s finest private residences, listed buildings and luxury hospitality projects. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £25m+ (construction costs) estate development near Castle Cary, Somerset. The project itself is exceptional - a mixture of heritage refurbishment and high-spec new build across a large historic estate including:
